Altos de la Marquesa VII is located on the outskirts of the small town of Rojales, in the Province of Alicante on Spainīs Costa Blanca. It is a small international community with owners from Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Russia and the United Kingdom.
Looking out from its elevated location overlooking La Marquesa golf course, one can seen the fertile valley of the River Segura, the Vega Baja, bounded by the Crevillente mountains to the west, and the white beaches of the Costa Blanca coastline to the east.
In recent years the commercial facilities around the golf course have expanded enormously. In addition to the golf club there are other bars and restaurants within easy walking distance catering for every kind of taste. There are 8 restaurants; a night club; 3 bars; 2 coffee shops; a supermarket; 2 english food shops and a bank, with more facilities currently being built.
Rojales and Quesada town centres are a short drive away and have every type of facility one would ever need. Leisure facilities include a sports complex, aqua park, and numerous restaurants and bars with live entertainment. Shops include newsagents, tobacconists, hairdressers, hardware stores and several modern supermarkets. The major Spanish banks are all represented, and there are medical centres in both towns.
Looking further afield the major towns and cities (Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Torrevieja etc.) are all within easy driving distance.
You are absolutely spoilt for choice with all the magnificent beaches of the Costa Blanca at your disposal. August is the busiest month but even then there is always plenty of space.
